After many messages and emails, I’m glad to announce the start of Spring Training (for running, not baseball)!
We welcome kids of all backgrounds whether it’s someone’s first time lacing up running shoes, they have a prior running background or someone looking to improve speed and endurance for other sports. Practices will consist of easy running/conditioning, speed intervals, running games, and light strength and conditioning.
Spring Training will be available for elementary through middle school students and will meet 10 times throughout the spring.
We will meet from 3:00-4:00pm, at the very back of Drakes Creek Park in Hendersonville.
March 3rd (Saturday), 10th (Saturday), 18th (Sunday), 25th (Sunday), 30th (Friday)
April 14th (Saturday), 21st (Saturday)
May 6th (Sunday), 19th (Saturday) and 27th (Sunday)
Spring Training Fees: $50 (due to changes in the original schedule and having to move a few days to Sunday, I can modify the fee if some of the dates don’t work)
